If you become a coaching client, additional terms in your coaching agreement also apply to the information you share with us.
When you fill out a form on this site. Our newsletter signup, resource request, and contact forms collect your name and email address. Some forms may ask for additional details you choose to provide.
When you book a session. Scheduling is handled through Calendly. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any information requested in the booking form. Payments are processed by Stripe, either directly or through our Calendly integration. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
When you become a coaching client. Coaching involves sharing sensitive personal financial information — which may include income, expenses, debts, account balances, credit information, and financial goals. You provide this through intake forms, during sessions, and in materials you choose to share. This information is used solely to provide coaching services to you.
When you contact us directly. If you email or message us, we retain that correspondence and the information it contains.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on page, general geographic region, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses them for analytics and to remember your cookie preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Server logs. Like most websites, our host records standard technical information including IP addresses and browser type.
Client financial information is treated as confidential. It is used only to provide coaching services, is not shared with anyone outside Belle Financial Services except as described below or as you direct in writing, and is stored using access-controlled accounts and services.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share client financial information with lenders, product providers, advertisers, or any other third party for their marketing purposes. Belle Financial Services does not sell financial products and receives no commissions or referral compensation.
We share information only with service providers who help operate this practice, and only as needed for them to do so:

We use reputable third-party services with industry-standard protections, limit access to client information, and use access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive financial information by unencrypted email — we’ll tell you the secure way to share documents.
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Our site links to third-party sites and tools we don’t control. This policy doesn’t cover their practices — review their policies directly.
